Litchfield National Park

A visit from two generous Busselton friends encouraged us to visit Litchfield National Park for the first time. We were not disappointed.

Looking for the water...

We didn't want to get wet and go for a swim too early in our day, so were happy to watch others at this water hole.

Heading down to the falls you can see in the pictures above. K couldn't wait any longer. Bathers are on and towel is in hand.

The rocks were a bit tricky and slippery here. Dad still wasn't too keen to get wet.

After lunch, we decided we couldn't put it off any longer. It was time to join the fish and get wet.
We swam over to these waterfalls, K included (K did hitch a lift on Dad's back for some of the way). The water was lovely and clear - but quite chilly.

We had a lovely day, and even found a nice swimming hole closer to home on the way back. We look forward to visiting the National Park again soon over the coming weeks, as we welcome family to come and stay.
